How to buy from Weidian from outside China
When direct checkout or international delivery is unavailable, the agent buying process is: give the link to somebody who can, wait while the seller ships it to them, look at the photos they take, then pay to have the box flown to you. That is six steps in practice, and you make decisions at product selection, photo review and parcel submission.
This page walks through all six using LoongBuy, which is the agent this guide sends orders to and the one we earn a referral from. The shape is the same at most agents. The wording on the buttons is not.
The flow
Six steps, in order
Nothing here is difficult. It is just unfamiliar, and the unfamiliar part is that you pay twice, a long way apart.
Make an account with an agent
You need one before you can do anything else, because the agent is the party that actually buys. LoongBuy offers sign in with email, and its own site shows a coupon pack for new accounts. Coupon amounts change constantly, so treat whatever the site shows on the day as the real number.
Copy the Weidian link
The product link, not a screenshot and not a shop name. If you found the item on a finds page, the link on the card is the one to use.
Paste it into the agent search box and order
The search box on the LoongBuy home page takes a product link or a store link. You pick size and colour there, and pay for the item plus its domestic shipping to the warehouse.
Wait for the seller to ship to the warehouse
This is a normal domestic delivery inside China. Nothing about it is international yet, and nothing about it is under the agent control either.
Look at the QC photos
LoongBuy states that its team inspects each item, takes photos and stores it. This is your only look at the real object before it costs real money to move. The table further down is what we look at, by category.
Choose what ships together and pay the freight
You select which stored items go into one parcel, pick a carrier route, and pay the international shipping. Duty, where your country charges it, is a separate matter between you and your customs authority.
Freight
What the shipping estimate actually asks you for
Freight is priced on weight and on box dimensions, not on what you paid for the contents. That is why a cheap heavy thing can cost more to move than an expensive light one, and why the estimator wants centimetres and grams before it will tell you anything.
The official estimator is on loongbuy.com. Its own page adds that routes LoongBuy does not operate are provided by third party carriers, that prices move with market conditions, and that it will tell you when they change. We publish no rates of our own, because any number we wrote here would be wrong within weeks.

Using the official shipping estimator
Use the real one rather than any calculator on a guide site, including ours. Rates change, and only the agent sees the live carrier prices.
QC
What to look at in the photos, by category
The warehouse photographs what arrived. What counts as a problem depends entirely on what you ordered, and the difference between a careful look and a quick one is the difference between fixing it now and paying freight twice.
| If you ordered | Look hardest at | Say something if |
|---|---|---|
| Shoes | Both shoes side by side, the stitching around the sole, the printed size on the label | The two shoes differ, or the label size is not what you ordered |
| Bags | Zips, buckles, the lining and any stamped hardware | Hardware is a different colour or finish from the listing pictures |
| Clothing | The flat measurements, the print alignment, the wash label | The measurement differs from the size chart beyond the seller’s stated tolerance |
| Watches | The dial, the crown, and the visible dial and case details; ask separately about a functional check | The hands are misaligned or the dial text is blurred |
| Electronics | The plug type, the model number, any battery marking | The plug is wrong for your country or a battery is loose in the box |
| Anything fragile | How it is packed, not just the item | It is in a thin bag rather than a box with padding |
Consolidation is where the money is saved
Three items bought from three shops arrive as three parcels inside China. Shipping them abroad separately means paying the fixed part of the freight three times. Putting them in one box means paying it once, at the cost of waiting for the slowest of the three.
LoongBuy has you pick which stored items go into one parcel before it leaves China. How much that saves depends on weight, on volume and on the route you choose, which is why we do not put a number on it.
The official pages you will actually need
Everything below is the agent side. We link to the index pages rather than to deep links, because the help centre uses in app routing and guessed URLs go nowhere.
Questions people ask at this point
Answers here describe how the process works. Anything involving money or policy is the agent decision, and the official page wins.
Can I pay with a normal card from my country?
You pay the agent, not the Chinese seller, so you use whatever the agent accepts. LoongBuy shows Apple Pay, blik, Skrill, PayU, Trustly, Alipay, Bancontact, Zip, VISA, Mastercard and JCB marks in its page footer as of 4 August 2026. Check the live page before you count on any one of them.
How long does the whole thing take?
Longer than a domestic order and shorter than people fear. There are three waits: the seller shipping to the warehouse, you deciding what to consolidate, and the international leg. We do not publish day counts because they depend on the seller, the route and the season.
What if the seller sends the wrong thing?
That is what the QC photos are for. Raise it with the agent before the parcel ships, while the item is still in China and still cheap to return. After it flies, you are paying freight twice to fix it.
Do I pay customs duty?
That depends on your country and on the declared value, and it is settled between you and your own customs authority. LoongBuy posted a notice in June 2026 about the European Union low value parcel import duty policy and a related fee adjustment, which is a good reminder that these rules change.
Can I ship a battery?
Sometimes, on some routes, and never as a loose spare on most. It depends on the carrier, on the destination and on whether the battery is built into the product. Read the official shipping restrictions page before you order.
